- Popularity: A stunning and unique selectively bred Betta strain, known for its elegant crown-like fin rays and signature two-tone coloration — a pale body contrasted by vibrant fins.
🎨 Appearance
- Color: Creamy or flesh-colored body with bright red, blue, or turquoise fins (depending on the strain).
- Structure:
- Distinct spiky fins where webbing is reduced between rays — the hallmark of Crowntails.
- Males display longer, more elaborate fins; females are shorter and rounder.
- Size: Average 2.5–3 inches (6–8 cm).
- Lifespan: Typically 3–5 years, longer with proper care and stable water conditions.
